SUMMARY:Enhancing Healthcare Access and Delivery through Digital Innovation
DESCRIPTION:Held over one hour\, this insightful and interesting webinar showed how two members’ digitalisation successes have made a different to access to and delivery of healthcare.  DOCQUITY has two domains: doctors’ professional communities and doctor-patient communities which realise gaps in doctor’s maintenance of knowhow and learning and support more focused and relevant care for patients.  Roche has made great strides in remote management\, remote diagnostics and telemedicine. \nIssues include cross border use of data and provision of care\, acceptance of remote services delivery\, the importance of collaboration between government and private sector in building proper access to healthcare and promote well-being for all. DESCRIPTION:The second episode of ‘BEING DIGITAL’ WEBINAR SERIES: Digital Government ‘The key building block for Thailand 4.0 and enabler for economic recovery’ was held on 8th December 2020 from 16.00-17.15 hrs. by Zoom Webinar. The series is co-organised by EABC and JFCCT and supported by thirteen bilateral chambers. \nThailand digital government development plan and actions for digitalization\, recent developments in fast track regulatory reform\, an understanding of relevant laws and regulation was addressed by Dr. Supot Tiarawut\, President and CEO\, Digital Government Development Agency (DGA) who showed a whole-of-government plan\, which might take five years to implement fully. \nDr. Tiranee Achalakul\, Director of Government Big Data Institute\, Digital Economy Promotion Agency (DEPA) focused on the digitalisation of agencies and the use of big data\, governance\, electronic signatures and what the private sector can to do support the public sector digitalization effort. \nMr. Bob Fox\, Chair\, Digital Economy/ICT Group (JFCCT and EABC)\, Vice President EABC\, was moderator under three themes: \nWhole of Government Plan –features/functionality/timeline\nDigitalisation of agencies and private sector: incentives; fast track regulatory reform.
